Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Come and enjoy our downtown home with rare upstairs balcony right off your bedroom. Feel the real flavor of historic Wilmington as you go for evening sunset walks a short 5 minutes away to the Riverwalk.
