Garden Home in Sunny Noe Valley Near The Castro

[We follow the most-stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We are an 8-minute walk to a park with a scenic view of SF and a 10-15-minute walk to several city parks.] Watch hummingbirds from the comfort of the zero-gravity chairs in the leafy backyard, and pick lemons for drinks later. Parquet flooring, a decorative fireplace, and the home's original blueprints framed above the sofa make the living room equally welcoming. If you like to cook while traveling, you'll enjoy our newly renovated kitchen with professional appliances. The bathroom has an over-sized tub and a separate shower. As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

Welcome to the Beach Suite! Cozy up in this private in-law unit on the border of Sea Cliff and Richmond. 10 minute walk to China Beach and Lands End hike. 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park! All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! You’ll love my place because of the good location, convenience to public transport, the friendly neighborhood, the ambiance.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Although there is just one bedroom, the couch folds down for extra sleeping space. Please be aware that the property is in a hilly area and that there are stairs to navigate which can be challenging if you have large luggage or mobility issues.

AFTER WE CLEAN, WE DISINFECT ALL SURFACES. Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms were remodeled and brand new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes.

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.
