We completed the remodel of our home in 2019. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home. Granite kitchen countertops with snack bar, all new appliances, inside laundry room, large screened in patio with gas grill. Large family room with 61" TV. Outside deck next to kitchen with seating area.. Master bath has built in seats in the shower. Numerous parking spaces in driveway. Very well lighted inside. Tile and laminate flooring throughout. Fenced in large back yard. Nice quiet community.

Snowbirds please contact me directly for bookings. Info on pics. Condo on the beach, enjoy our remodeled kitchen and showers that has full panoramic Gulf Views of the Gulf of Mexico. 1/4 of a mile to restaurants. The master room has a king bed with smart TV . The second guest room has a queen and a twin bed with TV in room and the living room has a pullout sofa. Experience peaceful sunsets and get away from hectic days. Smell the salty air from our quiet lanai. Our place is your place.

3 bedroom 1 king 2 queen 2 bath home with canal at back of property. Comcast cable, new washer and dryer, new mattresses. Master bedroom has custom walk-in closet with drawers and shoe racks. Double pantry closet in bathroom with 2 separate vanity's. Pool is heated. New outdoor patio furniture. TVs in every room and outdoor patio. Fenced in backyard for 1 dog. 15 minutes to Englewood beach, 15 to Boca Grande.
