Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Located just two short blocks (less than a 5 minute walk) from the beach within walking distance of a few restaurants, and just a short drive (or 15 minute beach walk) to downtown Carolina beach. The Big Snapper is an upstairs apartment of a duplex, that is completely separate from the downstairs unit. We are dog friendly ($50/ dog). You are responsible for cleaning up after them and assuring they do not disturb the downstairs tenants

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

We loved living in this single story family home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.
