Near the Boardwalk/Beach 2nd/3rd Floor Apartment

In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Note, the photo shows the entire building, this 2nd/3rd floor only, I am on the 1st floor (except July and August) and will assist you in any way I can to make sure your stay is memorable in every way, please check my reviews. Includes wifi, Roku boxes in all bedrooms. Feel free to bring your own Roku or fire stick for TV. This home is a short walk to beach & boardwalk. Close to Mallons Pastry and 11th St. fishing gazebo. Two blocks to playground/basketball courts.
