Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

The property is located at the top of the house (elevator is available) with miles of views of, among other things, Sonfjället. Large glazed rooftop terrace in sunny south facing. The apartment has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms. The apartment is located in a new built area of Hovde with ski in-ski out, down in the valley there are nice cross country ski tracks. Nearby is all you need, fishing, nice hiking trails, waterfalls and restaurants. Here you will be guaranteed rested and refilled with new fine energy. Perfect location in Vemdalsskalet with ski/bike/hike in&out as well as a stone's throw to Skalstorget with restaurants, shops and apres ski. 1 double bedroom with 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. TV, wifi, and fully-equipped kitchen. In the winter, put on your skis outside the door and slide down 40 meters to the seating or cross-country skiing on well-groomed tracks. In summer, roll down bike to the same lift or go on hikes directly from the door or in some of the nearby nature reserves.

Come and relax in beautiful Härjedalsfjällen in our nice newly built apartment. Right outside the house there is the cross track and proximity to nice hiking trails and snowmobile trails up the mountain. With a walk, you can reach Vemdalsskalet Square where there is Ica, restaurants, interior store and sports shop. Alpine skiing in Vemdalsskalet, but also proximity to Björnrike, Storhogna and Klövsjö.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
