Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes linens and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT least 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 is a requirement. No parties!!

The house is close to cross-country tracks that take you up in the mountains or to the ski stadium. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the grocery store (open 24/7), restaurant, sports shop and to the ski bus that takes you between the ski resorts in the area. The house is well equipped with underfloor heating, two bedrooms, loft, two sofa groups, two bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace and WI-fi (Fiber 250 /250 kb/s) .

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost applies for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available to use. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.
