Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Breathtaking views, cool crystal clear waters of the White River! Trout fishing is some of the best in the country. Beautiful Bull Shoals Lake -5 minutes away ideal for all water sports w very little boat traffic. Our home is ideal for family vacations w/ a large yard for the kids or the guys annually fishing trip. As night time approaches image the fog roll-in, it’s magnificent especially w a bonfire roasting marshmallows for the kids. A great experience to create memories of a lifetime!

Great for Fall Foliage and motorcycle riding. Cute A-Frame is in the wonderful Black Oak community walking distance to Table Rock Lake shoreline. Centrally located to several wonderful vacation destinations. Dogwood Canyon, Black Oak Ampitheater, 10 minute drive. Marinas, 10 - 20 minute drive. This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro.
