TreeHouse is a beautifully designed Manzanita Craftsman style home. Beach access is just 300ft down the quiet, unimproved road. With vaulted kitchen and great room with lounge upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms and Master Suite downstairs, this "upside down" house feels like a tree house at the beach! Very clean , Charming boho style home with HOT TUB!!! Only a 3 minute walk to the ocean. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to The Pelican Brewery.
