Located in Clinton Hill, a historic Brooklyn neighborhood, with lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes, and markets, our home is a quintessential brownstone. It was built in 1860 and freshly renovated in a way that preserved all of its old charm. The space available is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom in the owners duplex. Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
