Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the Hudson River from your kitchen. The back yard backs right up to the Hudson River and has beautiful views of wildlife and creates a naturally calming atmosphere. We love comfortable beds and sheets so we have invested in them for your enjoyment too. Please note that we keep duvets on blankets that get turned and replaced with each guest's stay too. Burden Lake House. Lake front, Large, & Nice views

Our great room has large windows (watch the bald eagles), couches, and gas fireplace (seasonal). Cozy up in the cozy room, Cook in the beautiful chefs kitchen. 4 bedrooms (2 king rooms and 2 queen rooms, all w/ desks). 4 full baths (3 w/ showers and 1 w/ tub), all bedrooms are on second floor, good WiFi. The lake dock and deck is open to guests with lake access (seasonal). Swim and use kayaks at own risk, owner is not liable. You cannot use your boat on our dock due to insurance. Questions? Ask!

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).
