Beach is right across the road. Voted "Best Beach in New Zealand 2020" Stunning location. This is a fully self contained Studio by the famous Marine Parade, footsteps to Mt Maunganui beach. Includes bathroom, kitchenette and small studio living area, queen bed, but no view from Studio. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and a double top cooker. The Studio is one of the few Mt places so close to the beach. Great swimming, surfing, walking and beautiful sunrises, for early risers.

This cabin is self contained and it has a lovely personal, romantic touch to the room with a very comfortable Queen-size bed. The cabin is complimented by a spacious deck with water views and walnut trees. It is situated on a 20 acre rural property with a 20 minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10 minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping center's. Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm.
