Our pool house is a private 12x12 foot room with a queen bed and all the amenities you should need. We utilize a keypad for check in/check out. Your amenities include a private shower/restroom; it is detached by a short walk from your retreat. Please refer to the pictures for exact distance. We do provide robes and slip on shoes for your comfort. The retreat includes:mini fridge, microwave, & single brew coffee maker. The BBQ and dinning area is available upon request. The property is at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood in Citrus Heights. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four adults are welcome to but it can be a tight fit. We look forward to your stay!! Note: New 12% city tax was added to nightly fee, so our price unfortunately had to go up.

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.
