Enjoy a quiet Oak Island vacation at this mid-century modern beach house. 60's surf vibe with a perfect third row location for families with walkable, low traffic access to the beach and sound. The beach at the access by the house is typically not crowded even on holidays. The sound access nearby is frequented by kayakers/paddle-boarders. Historic Southport and Wilmington are nearby (25 and 40 min respectively) with just over an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. Mid-June-Aug Sat-Sat stays only.

Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Come enjoy a peaceful place with a front porch swing, two chairs where you can hear the Ocean. Walk to the park, walk to kids splash pad, basketball courts, pickle courts, soccer field, and a short walk to the beach all within 3 blocks from the house. Washer/dryer, all appliances, WiFi, cable, three bedrooms have queen size beds. Lots of good eating places close by. A Publix, a Food Lion all with in a few block also. Fishing at piers and/or in the suef. Great year round!

Beachy Cottage w/ screened porch & outdoor shower

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute screened in porch, private outdoor shower, open rinse off shower side of house, deck with grill, and privacy fence. A short drive to the beach, a 5-10 minute bike ride over the canal at 20th St or walk over to enjoy the sunset. Bring bikes and ride all over the island. Kitchen is fully equipped. We even have cornhole and a couple of other outdoor games to play in the backyard. Our goal is to make our guest feel at home. Enjoy !
