This historic downtown loft is in the the Warehouse District in the heart of Salt Lake City. The building was built in 1910 and was later retrofitted for condos. The loft is though-fully designed and has everything you'll need, including a gated parking spot. The loft is walking distance to wherever you need in downtown. Pioneer Park and the Delta Center are a block away, the convention center is two blocks away, and Utah's best bars and restaurants are all within a couple minutes walk.

Perfect Skiers crash pad. With smart TV and full Kitchen. Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird are accessible by bus on a 40 min ride. Five-minute walk from a plethora of restaurants and Fashion Place Mall. 25 minutes from Park City resorts and nightlife. The reviews speak for themselves, you’ll love the place because of the coziness and the location. This is a loft, some ceiling areas are slanted as you can see in the pictures. Animals will be considered with a fee.
