This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sleeps 6/8 and is walking distance to Canyon Lake's Boat Ramp 7, has several boat ramp options nearby, as well as a neighborhood park w/playground & pickle /basket ball courts .B/c we are on a double lot you will have plenty of room for parking a boat. Quaint home in a clean and quiet h.o.a. manufactured home neighborhood. Located within 8 miles of TX. State University, 13 miles north of the San Marcos Outlet stores and 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing and Schlitterbahn water park. Suitable for 4 adults, and two vehicles. This is a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!
