The house is close to ski n see (ski/snowboard rental), Mountain America Exposition Center if you are in town for a convention, Jordan Commons Movie Theater, and plenty of restaurant options within 5 miles. The house has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The house has a room that can be used as an office or a bedroom depending on you! The house is equipped for a family friendly stay.

The Dutch House is an stylish updated Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! Heated Pool is open May 24th to October 15th. Guests have full access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & flower garden! 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Snow-shoeing/hiking trails 15 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons. We're in the heart of Sandy close to great restaurants, shopping & movie theaters.

Bring the whole family to this great mother-in-law with over 1800sq of living space. Enjoy a movie on the big screen, a game of pool or relax in the private hot tub overlooking the Salt Lake valley. Located between the canyons, its less than a 25 min drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton or Solitude ski resorts. There are hiking trails right across the street and Golden Hills Park within walking distance. Visit Utah's Hogle Zoo, Park City or historic Temple Square, all just a short car ride away.

Kind of Suite - 2 Bedroom, Pet & Family Friendly

You and your pets will love staying in this 1960's duplex home that has recently been remodeled to look and feel modern. It has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

We love your pets, limit 2. We have the best location 30 minutes to our beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to SLC and Temple Square, 5 min drive to Mt Am Expo. Great restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen. Outside security camera and a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door and gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds, & a shower with a never-ending supply of hot water!
