Wow! It's beautiful here -- nothing quite like it. All the amenities, but kinda like stepping back in time 30 years to a slower, more peaceful time. On the bank of West Buffalo Creek, close to Cherohala Skyway, Joyce Kilmer, Tail of the Dragon, GSMNP and Lake Santeetlah. Slight gravel grade, 2 mi from paved road, all need 5" clearance (not 4WD) for 1.2 miles shallow potholes and bumps. No charging EV batteries. Use ONLY our directions!

Graham County had NO damage from the hurricane. Secluded rustic caretakers cabin to an old trout farm, fully restored. Very private & primitive in a pristine setting. Breathtaking views of the mountains & creek next to waterfall 1 BR Queen bed & sleeper sofa in living room. Ideal for couples. Very romantic setting If you're looking for seclusion, peace, & tranquility this is the place. Our rustic cabin lacks nothing. Located close to the lake. We keep canoes there for your enjoyment.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
