Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 foot waterfall in the backyard. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall & makes for a refreshing spot for you & your pup to wade away the day. The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. The pond is out of my control. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.
