The Herb Cottage is a country home on a spacious area of land with trees, gardens, a pond, and a hiking trail. The Big Room has a dining table, sofa/sleeper, and television. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and TV. The kitchen has convection double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The Breakfast room has a dining table and the lower level has a television, washer/dryer, rockers, sofa/sleeper and the “loom”. At night enjoy the frogs or the lightening bugs and watch the stars and moon.

This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood
