Ocean Wellness Escape at Playa Doberman w/gym

OCEANFRONT W/ A FULL COMMERCIAL GYM We have a unique property set up in that we took this giant 2 story 5,000+ sqft home and turned into two separate residences. We live upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit. Private gated community in between Seaside and Astoria. Set up like a 2500 sq ft hotel. Like a townhouse duplex. There is a full kitchen set up, see pics. While a completely separate residence, it is like an apartment with someone (my family) upstairs and as such there can be noise.
