This A Frame house is perfect for a mountain weekend getaway. It’s in a great central location in The High Country. Located right off 105 in Foscoe (just between Banner Elk and Boone). Easy access from the main road. Located on the Watauga River in a wonderful neighborhood. This house is my primary residence that I am renting out on weekends. So please note the house is lived in and fully stocked. You will have the house to yourself. The Watauga River is located just off the back porch.

Million dollar views of Grandfather Mountain located in the center of the Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk triangle. Hawks Peak is a small, four building, condominium community that is quiet, private, and the perfect getaway for the whole family, a couples retreat, or a girls or guys weekend. There are 2 en suite bedrooms (king) and a large upstairs loft area with a queen size pull out bed. Tubing and ziplines are a 3 minute drive and skiing, shopping, and restaurants are 10 minutes away.
