This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

It features a large kitchen with eating space, a large living room with log beam ceiling and pine paneling, a fireplace and hand-made rustic log furnishings, and includes 2 queen size log beds. We're located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown & WNMU. It offers a private entrance and off-street parking with a fenced, landscaped backyard with private patio area for guests and shared pet use.
