Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

The Stained Glass House near Manito Park

My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Sleeps 10 & 7 mins to downtown. This house was built in 1909. Please read my entire listing and rules prior to booking. We will not be held responsible because you failed to read the rules, extra guest fee’s and pet fee’s for dogs. This completely updated 1.5 story home is recently finished with very nice furniture and wall art with all of the niceties that are expected of a place that values ones time.
