Our home has vaulted ceilings and a great room concept, complete with gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and brand new queen size beds in every room. It is safe and VERY quiet here. Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows too. Also watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney.

A Blast From The Past

Lower duplex apartment. Beautifully furnished and in a mid century modern/ early 70s feel. :) Things to expect here: An acre of land, many ongoing projects, a peaceful retreat, a creative space, organic gardening, fruit trees, koi pond, flowers, in season, swarms of butterflies, in season and a small flock of chickens, all the time. Charming two bedroom apartment overlooking scenic Lincoln Park. The only person closer to Abe will be Mary. Whether you are traveling solo or as part of a group, the Purple Awning House's spacious bedrooms, comfortable couch and a large inflatable bed (if needed) ensures everyone will have a good night's rest. * Note that this is a main floor apartment with another apartment upstairs. Located 3 miles west of Springfield, our home is on 5 acres in a semi-rural area. It is only a few minutes from interstate 72. Most Lincoln sites are 12 miles away (15-20 minutes). St.John's Hospital is a 15-20 minute drive. (13 miles) Memorial Hospital is a 20-25 minute drive. (11 miles) Italian, Thai, and American cuisine can be found a few miles away. A drive-in theater and water park are about 10 minutes from our location.
