Home was originally built in 1861 and I just finished doing a full gut rehab focused on modernizing while maintaining the original personality of the space Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars in Soulard and Lafayette Square. $5-6 Uber to Convention Center/Wash Ave or to catch a Blues or Cardinals game. Just minutes from Interstates 44, 55, 70, and 64, you can't get much more centrally located for your visit to STL : )
