Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This home never fails to surprise our guests with its character and amenities. It's close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, and the city center. A very cheerful neighborhood. Our place is good for groups, families with kids, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Literally across the street from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and just a few hundred yards from Public pool. Ask about blocked dates too!!! Please, NO PARTIES ever!!!
