We call it Deerfield Cottage because one can often see Deer in the park like setting in front or the field in the back. It is located close to Toccoa Falls. The nightly fee is for up to four guests. World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Clean and modern with functional layout and furniture. Mostly renovated and very comfortable. Peaceful environment overlooking lake Hartwell. Walk down to the dock to fish or light up the fire pit and relax. 3 kayaks and paddle board for use. Perfect place to get away from it all for a few days, weeks or months.
