Unique ceilings are found throughout, along with other retro touches. Rooms are designed for comfort & relaxation, with cushions galore, a library of books & very high speed internet (800/40+). Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or walk just a couple minutes down Main Street to one of the many award-winning restaurants of Park City's Historic District. "The 24 Daly Home" is a thoughtfully renovated 1100 square foot historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street. It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. The City installed an electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town.

This private guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Park City, 10-15 minutes from the ski resorts, 35 minutes to SLC airport, and just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants at Kimball Junction. With a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king-sized bed, and a convenient work station, this space has everything you need as a home base for your Park City stay. We are a 6 min walk from High Valley Transit route 108. Although possible to use transit, a car is highly recommended.

Unique Condo in Park City, UT

Adults with or without children will be comfortable in this roomy condo with many unique hand-crafted furnishings. Upstairs there is a loft with a playroom. The laundry room is in the basement which has two couches and a TV. There are two lakes within the HOA, a tennis court, a playground, and access to Swaner Nature Preserve, a 1200-acre wetland park for wildlife and public use, providing an island of nature to be enjoyed year around. My husband is allergic, so pets are not allowed .

Our beautiful log cabin is located four miles up MIrror Lake Highway from Kamas at the mouth of the Uintas, natures playground. We have snowmobile/utv/hiking trails right out our front door and a Hot tub to soak in after a day of play. We have plenty of room for parking all of your toys. Weber river is within walking distance and has great fishing year round. Fish or boat on Rockport Reservoir which is just 5 minutes away. Echo Reservoir is also great for fishing and boating which is just 10 minutes away. It's a 13 minute drive to Park City for the Skiing, shops, restaurants, and more.
