Attached annex doubles the space, includes toilet, shower, alfresco living, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, induction twin cook top, sink, leaner and barstools. Private access and off street safe parking. Suits seasonal workers, travellers or BTI students. Longer term stays welcomed. Quiet respectful guests please, altho coffee or a drink on the front deck to soak in the view welcomed. Sweet tabby cat here

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

We have dropped our price due to the “ Occupancy Tax” NZ govt is now charging guests We are 15mins from Hobbiton movie set. Rustic, hand built,natural cleaning products, linens and recycled materials (nothing fancy) Wake up to river views from your swinging king size bed, enjoy a “cold one” on the floating pontoon or laze around in one of the hammocks, enjoy the ambience of the fire pit or hot tub. There are insects so please bring long layers for protection

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals. Coffee machine, tea and milk for you to use. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.
