Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Incredible location right in the ❤️ of MtMaunganui

You couldn’t get a closer location in this coastal paradise. Pilot Bay harbor is at the end of the drive way! A beautiful bay for swimming and relaxing as you watch boats and cruise ships sail by. Or walk 4 mins to the vibrant stretch of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, hot pools, scenic walking tracks up and around Mt Maunganui or NZ’s best voted beach, Mt Maunganui beach. Seriously, you won’t even need your car to enjoy this beautiful place. There is something for everyone.

The private flat is in our back yard at the Mount. Handy location 400m to the beach, only 200m to New World supermarket, and Central Parade shops where you will find almost everything you need. Cafes, Laundromat, Fuel station, Post Office, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, ATM, & a great Thai Restaurant. 5 minute drive to main Mount Maunganui downtown for a great selection of Restaurants and Bars. Very handy to Bay Oval, Blake Park, Golf courses, Baywave, Airport and ASB arena. Free WiFi

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

We have dropped our price due to the “ Occupancy Tax” NZ govt is now charging guests We are 15mins from Hobbiton movie set. Rustic, hand built,natural cleaning products, linens and recycled materials (nothing fancy) Wake up to river views from your swinging king size bed, enjoy a “cold one” on the floating pontoon or laze around in one of the hammocks, enjoy the ambience of the fire pit or hot tub. There are insects so please bring long layers for protection

Ocean Beach, Pilot Bay, Mount Main Street shops, bars and restaurants all five minutes walk max. Local bus and Inter-City bus 500m away. Completely self-contained and looks out to a quiet park. Queen bed and fold out sofa bed. Handy to golf course, hot pools, walks and fishing. Bay Oval/Blake Park 20 minutes walk. Suited to a couple or single persons, with a sofa bed suited to a young child.

A purpose built hotel room style guest accommodation. Located two blocks to the beach, two blocks to New World supermarket and Central Parade shops/cafe. Walk or ride a bike to Mount Main street. Happy to give out advice for local activities, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, biking, hiking, hot pools, or just the best place to grab a good beer and feed!
