Coffee shops and a market are within walking distance of the house. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and half an hour to world-class ski resorts. If you have a car, you can park directly in front. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as a good public transport system, with a bus stop half a block away This is a separate entrance, completely private basement apartment. You and your pets will love staying in this 1960's duplex home that has recently been remodeled to look and feel modern. It has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.
