Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.)

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. "Urban Cabin" Apt in Town & Gorge

Surrounded by trees and the sound of Six Mile Creek, and a 7 minute walk from the Commons. This apt is in a hidden paradise in Ithaca. 1920s house with lots of character. Custom woodwork. Equipped for long and short stays. Walk to Cornell in 25 min. Ithaca College is a 20 min walk & the State Theater is a 15 min walk. There is also a 3 bedroom "Gorge View Getaway" in the same house that you can book if your group is larger than 2 people. There is 1 flight of stairs to both AirBnbs.

Ithaca Falls View Apartment

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
