Our loft has its own private entrance and looks out onto a wooded lot. The open concept room provides a king-sized bed, sofa, living room, work desk and kitchenette with private bathroom. Twin-sized air mattress for 3rd person. It is close to restaurants and dining, art and culture, easy access to major roadways while having that 'country' feel. Near the other wall is a futon that folds out into a comfortable full size bed, small chest of drawers, and table. Chickens and ducks roam the property so you might have some visitors. About 40 minutes northwest of downtown Austin, 15 minutes from Leander train station.

We are 15 minutes to Downtown and 8 minutes to the Domain area (Nightlife & Entertainment). Lots of awesome restaurants near us.
