This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Bring everyone along for the trip, including Fido! Our home is a cozy, yet spacious Cape Cod southeast of downtown Pittsburgh. The backyard faces a beautiful and peaceful meadow. The yard is fenced in and has a small garden filled with herbs and tomatoes during the summer. Our home has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and easy. This little jewel of an apartment is charming and cozy, with private entrance, 1 bedroom, small sitting area, fully-equipped kitchen, bath, laundry access, wifi and private deck. We are on a quiet shady street near 644-acre park. 2.5 miles to universities, 1 mile to Bakery Square. NO CLEANING FEE, so a better value than other listings! Comfortable queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress topper. Many nice amenities and original artwork. Small but homey with lots of little luxuries!

Beautifully Remodeled 4-Bedroom Colonial Thriller

This large, brick home offers plenty of space, parking, and updated amenities while still only being a few minutes off of the parkway. When arriving you will turn onto the long private driveway that takes you to a two-car garage, deck, and large back yard. Upon entering you will see an open dining room and kitchen on the left and a living room on the right. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs, one bedroom is on the first floor and one bathroom is in the basement.

You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Open and bright private apartment located in the Fox Chapel area. Entire apartment was recently remodeled with all new furnishings and fixtures.
