Beautiful, Immaculate Home In Heart Of Proctor

Welcome to Bandera House! Located in super desirable (and fun!) Proctor District, where Restaurants, GOOD coffee, Proctor Farmer's Market, and Grocery Stores are just a 5-10 min. walk away. Bandera House has been fully updated with all new appliances, ductless mini split with A/C, and smart televisions in each room to make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. We are local and want to do everything we can to make sure you have a great stay here in our favorite city, Tacoma!

Private 1 bedroom unit is on the bottom floor of an 1900 victorian house in the heart of downtown Tacoma. Your absolutely in the midst of it all! 6 minute walk to downtown, less than 2 min walk to the Brewery District. Very close to UWT, Tacoma's Art, History, and Glass Museum. Easy freeway access, and not far from main bus routes. Popular stay for those attending an event at the Tacoma Dome - 3 min drive/ uber I have had a few guests even walk to the Tacoma Dome 8 min walk.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
