(nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), close by with nice walking trails. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

The villa is placed on a corner plot with access to a newly built terrace (2023) with Weber charcoal grill and nice grassy areas Fast broadband is available as well as access to TV with Chromecast. Both the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

Newly renovated farmhouse in cozy area about ten minutes walk from central Västervik. The bedroom has a queen size 160 bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen has all that is needed for self-catering, you can sit 5 people at the kitchen table. The bathroom is spacious, with toilet, sink and shower. Upon request, there is also a bed for infants. The price includes final cleaning, bathroom towels and bed linen. Free parking on the street.
