Charming turn-of-the-century house near the city centre and swimming area

This special house with glass veranda is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The house is located between the center and Västerviks famous resort which is one of the best in Sweden. The house is a charming turn-of-the-century house in two floors. Upstairs, there are bathrooms, two walk-through rooms and one bedroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a 90 bed in one of the walk-through rooms. On the lower level there is a double bedroom, living room, toilet, kitchen and dining room.

Welcome to our spacious and cozy summer house! The house is almost 100 years old with lots of old charm! Private location with large garden in charming village 30 min from Astrid Lindgrens world. Close to swimming , hiking trail and wild and beautiful nature. The Östgötaleden runs through the village. Large social spaces that fit one-two families. Four working tiled stoves. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the whole house Pets are allowed In the village there is a grocery store - ICA and a nice swimming area.

Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.
