Nice walking paths and hiking trails 2 km to the village and small grocery store 20 minutes to Virum's Moose Park 40km to Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby with the birthplace of Näs and ELF 35km to the summer city Västervik 50km to Oskarshamn, where you can take a boat to the national park Blå Jungfrun or Gotland.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Southern Sweden country house on the river Emån on the outskirts of Fliseryd. The nearest places are Mönsterås (16 Km), Oskarshamn (22 Km) and Kalmar (44 Km). To the sea is about 10 km (straight line). A big supermarket is very close in the village of Fliseryd The winterproof house is quietly located on the river with its own jetty, surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course is just 10 minutes away. The house also has a cozy conservatory overlooking the river. Fishing no problem!

Nära till kättringsplatser. Ni kan njuta av lugnet i vår trädgård. Om ni inte vill städa efter er så gör vi det för en extra kostnad. 300 kr

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.
