Enjoy fishing from your private dock. We highly recommend taking the bikes for a cruise on the Legacy Biking Trail located steps from the house.

Remodeled open concept home. Open concept is great for family gatherings seating up to 8 at table. Beach supplies provided. Fenced in backyard provides privacy. There are numerous sitting areas to relax. 3 filter water system provides great tasting water. There is a fireplace for chilly evenings. Great neighborhood with very friendly neighbors and very close to a great biking and walking trail. About 5 minutes from Venice Beach and 4 blocks off Tamiami.
