There are two decks and a patio area and a large combo gas/charcoal grill. We are located just east of Hill City with easy access to many of the Black Hills National Forest attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the 1880 Train, Custer State Park and the Mickelson Trail. Our guesthouse is a one bedroom, one bath get away with room to breathe! Sleeps 8, with a newly added loft including 2 full sized beds, a pull out bed in the sectional of the spacious living room and a king sized bed in the bright and sunny private master bedroom. Internet is unreliable, encouraging you to put down your phone and simply relax. TV with DVD player available-no cable. AC and forced air heat. Grill and fire pit available! Location, location, location. Hill City is located in the center of the Black Hills and this house is within walking distance of the best parts of Hill City. 40 feet to the world famous Mickelson Trail, 1/2 a block to the 1880s steam train, and 3 blocks to the best restaurant in South Dakota. This home is not too big and not too small. Whether you are doing a couples get away, traveling with kids or your friends this home may be "just right" for you.
