Entire apartment with private entrance, patio and parking. Located in Willamette Valley, heart of Pinot Noir wine country. A very short drive to Stoller Winery, Durant Farm, Domaine Serene, and Domaine Drouhin-all with great wine and spectacular views. Our property includes a hazelnut orchard of 2,200 trees, a large pond with floating dock and kayaks, and nicely landscaped areas surrounding the home and apartment. Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
