1920's Downtown Cottage near St. Lukes(duplex)

This is a duplex with a private yard. Each side is an air b and b. It was built in the 1920's a duplex. Each unit is approximately 700 square feet. Completely remodeled three years ago with all new appliances, fenced in private yard with deck, close to downtown! Lovely quiet historical neighborhood. Home has one bedroom, with dining area, living room with sofa that turns into a sofa bed and kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sleeps four. Bathroom is off bedroom.

A quiet tree lined street in the historic North End. I love this space - nestled among the trees with natural light from all directions. It has historic charm dating back to 1904; originally a single family home with a neighborhood store from 1909 to 1925; then converted into a duplex in the 1930s.
