This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Serene and Private West Boise Suite

Lovely guest suite with private entrance, bath, kitchenette, sitting room with 42" flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and heated tile floor. We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. Feel free to enjoy our large patio, water feature and warm yourself by our fire pit in the evenings. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

This is a duplex with a private yard. Each side is an air b and b. It was built in the 1920's a duplex. Each unit is approximately 700 square feet. Completely remodeled three years ago with all new appliances, fenced in private yard with deck, close to downtown! Lovely quiet historical neighborhood. Home has one bedroom, with dining area, living room with sofa that turns into a sofa bed and kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sleeps four. Bathroom is off bedroom.
