Gooding Lake has a sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayakes are free to use. Lovely studio apartment w/ beach vibes and lots of natural light. A perfect Alaskan getaway that's centrally located in the heart of Spenard, the most vibrant/oldest neighborhood in the city. Popular restaurants, bars and a bus stop near by. With the beds separated from the main living area, this spacious studio could be considered a nice hotel suite w/ laundry room. It's 7 min drive from the airport and downtown. A great place for exploring the city or a nice stop before your next adventures

We DO NOT charge extra for cleaning,dogs, people or taxes.we like to know if kids/dogs. The space is over a garage (500 sq ft) Studio style,open cheery place. Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks. Firepit below, gas grill, relaxing scenery, You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. PLEASE Don’t hesitate to ask, gladly answer.

Beautiful scenic hillside home. 10 minutes to all major hospitals. Sometimes lots of wildlife. Quiet neighborhood. Private entrance. Unit is attached to the main house but it is private with full kitchen, bath, laundry, living room. Cross country and downhill skiing nearby. Hiking trails nearby. No pets. You will need a vehicle as we are on the hillside. Additional space available for sleeping 1 more person available on request. Remote work space.

The upper floor which is entirely for your use only and not for any of the other guests, consists of three rooms (bath, bed, sitting), a king size bed as well as twin size and pull-out beds for extra guests in the sitting room.
