Recently renovated 1944 home with charm and a modern touch. Located near downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss trail, it's the perfect spot to relax and/or be active. Parris Island is a quick 10 minute drive which makes this the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. This is our third short term rental as we love hosting and giving the best experience to our guests. Included is a Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is fast. Welcome to the Green House, a recently renovated and tastefully decorated historic three bedroom and two bathroom home bursting with Southern charm. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a Queen Sized bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
