The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Welcome to Lucky Horse Ranch! Super cute and charming log cabin home with spectacular views of the West Elk Mountain range including Lamborn Mountain and Landsend Peak. If you are looking for a peaceful spot, this is it! Only 6 minutes from Crawford Reservoir, 10 minutes from Needle Rock, 10 minutes from Hotchkiss and only a few miles from the North Rim entrance of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I love this home so much and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! Please, no pets allowed.

Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley. Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion.
