This newly remodeled spacious basement unit in downtown Niwot. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. Comfortable clean living space with cozy beds makes for a great stay in our home. Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). This basement unit with separate entrance is a wonderful location for your vacation or work trip.

Quaint 1 bedroom in the mountains.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. If interested in longer stays, message us for discounts. PLEASE NOTE: AWD/4WD is required in winter months.

New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Rent is discounted 50% as the Airbnb is finished but the landscaping is mid-process. NO smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no children under 18

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Central Boulder 15 min. Longmont 15 min. Microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric skillet, blender, panini press, bar fridge (no freezer) and sink (in bathroom). Wall mount mini-split air conditioning/heat. No fragrance cleaning. No TV.
