Enjoy tranquility of this neighborhood, with the exception of a lively burst of activity between 3:25 and 3:45 on school days when parents and children gather during pick-up time.

We have an AMAZING house in a quiet neighborhood, and we will happily accept your reservation if you can commit to the following: 1) Zoning regulations limit us to rent to a maximum of 5 individuals who are unrelated to each other. Families (and couples) have no such limitation. 2) Quiet hours from 8pm-8am. Due to recent renters’ excess noise at night, we have adopted a STRICT "bring it inside at 9 pm" rule. Partiers, kindly look elsewhere. 3) Regretfully, we can not accommodate pets.

This is a private quiet downstairs suite. The suite includes a small bedroom with a full bed, a fully remodeled private bathroom with tub, a living area with a large flat screen TV with Netflix, and access to sitting area on the back patio. Walk to the foothills trails and stroll around Wonderland Lake. Walk to Lucky's Market or to Lucky's Cafe for breakfast, or enjoy Italian, Chinese, or Mexican food at local restaurants, all a block away. This area is the best of North Boulder!

We have been AirBnB travellers for a long time so we understand what makes a stay special. This "cozy" unit has great amenities and very responsive hosts! Conveniently located in the NoBo Art District, very close to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, 5 min walk to the bus stop, 3 miles to Folsom Field, 2 miles from Pearl St Mall, a huge screen TV and comfy linens.
