We have an eclectic outdoor Montana themed space, you'll be renting out the bottom floor of our home, which includes: 2 bedrooms, living room, and patio with skiing and wildlife décor there's plenty of space for a family to sleep and gather comfortably! We also have a Hot Tub on the premise. We're 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman and 1.5 hours from Big Sky and 1 hour to Yellowstone National Park! There's an educ. Grizzly bear sanctuary on the entrance to our neighborhood that visitors enjoy too!

Spacious apartment with separate entrance

This spacious and comfortable apartment makes a great base for work or play. Close to downtown but with a more rural feel. Nice living area with gas fireplace and a full kitchen. Central heat for cooler months and the apartment stays cool in summer. Each bedroom has a work space and there is good wifi for streaming or working remotely. You are welcome to use the back yard, fire pit, and grill. Private entrance and drive. Guests report the beds are very comfortable and they sleep well.

Little Fish Ranch

The Little Fish Ranch is a very unique, passive solar home that is wheelchair accessible. The views from the large windows are spectacular and the setting is peaceful. Ideally located in the heart of Paradise Valley, Little Fish is only 10 minutes to famous Chico Hot Springs and is close to prime hunting in the Galatin Nat'l Forest or the Absorkee Wilderness Area. It's a great place for couples, families with kids, and wheelchair users. Come stay at our newly renovated home.

The Riverhouse located on the East Gallatin River will hopefully bring you the peace it brings to our family. Fly fishing paradise 100 steps from your front door. . Bozeman Airport is 10 minutes away. Downtown Bozeman is 20 minutes away. Easy Uber/Lyft ride at night. North gate of Yellowstone Park is 93 miles. The town of Belgrade is 5 minutes away. SKIING -Bridger Bowl is 30 minutes away and Big Sky is 55 minutes away. It is a Spectacular drive. As are most in Montana!!!
